I graduated from College of Lake County with an Associates in Arts. Following that, I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College. After a stint in the plumber's union, I graduated from Roosevelt University with a Master of Arts in Secondary Education. I taught entrepreneurship at a high school in Zion and Project Lead the Way at Neal Math and Science Academy in North Chicago. Upon completing my Master of Arts in Educational Leadership at Northeastern Illinois University, I worked as assistant principal at Melrose Park Elementary School for two years. I then joined the Oakdale team as assistant principal, where I spent three years as the assistant principal. I love coming to school and seeing our students every day, and I make it my number one priority to have students feel safe, welcomed, and included.
I grew up in and have lived in Mundelein my whole life. My wife Jennifer and I have three beautiful girls (Halee, Hannah, Hope), and two granddaughters, Giavanna and Joanne. When I am not at school, I enjoy construction projects, reading, and spending time with my family.

Me gradué del College of Lake County con un título de Asociado en Artes. Después, obtuve una Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas de Fort Lewis College. Tras un periodo en el sindicato de plomeros, me gradué de la Universidad Roosevelt con una Maestría en Artes en Educación Secundaria. Enseñé emprendimiento en una escuela secundaria en Zion y Project Lead the Way en la Academia de Matemáticas y Ciencias Neal en North Chicago. Al completar mi Maestría en Artes en Liderazgo Educativo en la Universidad Northeastern Illinois, trabajé como subdirector en la Escuela Primaria Melrose Park durante dos años. Luego me uní al equipo de Oakdale como subdirector, donde pasé tres años en ese puesto. Me encanta venir a la escuela y ver a nuestros estudiantes todos los días, y hago mi máxima prioridad que los estudiantes se sientan seguros, bienvenidos e incluidos.
Crecí y he vivido en Mundelein toda mi vida. Mi esposa Jennifer y yo tenemos tres hermosas hijas (Halee, Hannah, Hope) y dos nietas, Giavanna y Joanne. Cuando no estoy en la escuela, disfruto de proyectos de construcción, leer y pasar tiempo con mi familia.
